Terms & Conditions — Sixe6s

Welcome to Sixe6s (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and the operator of the Sixe6s platform accessible at sixe6s.cam.

Sixe6s operates as a premium online sports betting and live casino platform. The platform is designed and maintained with Pakistani users in mind, providing sports markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 tournaments, ICC events, football, UFC, tennis and kabaddi, together with a full live casino and slots lobby. All financial references on the platform use Pakistani Rupee (PKR) where applicable.

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing a wager through Sixe6s, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account opened by you on the Sixe6s platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in your Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any eligible bonus funds credited in accordance with applicable promotion terms.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits added to your Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and address verification process required by the Platform prior to processing withdrawals or where otherwise required by the operator's compliance procedures.
• "Platform" — the Sixe6s website, mobile web application and any associated services operated at sixe6s.cam.
• "Real Money" — actual funds deposited by you into your Account via a supported payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Requirements are stated per-promotion.
• "We / Us / Our" — the operator and registered entity behind the Sixe6s platform.
• "You / Your" — the individual registered user of the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on Sixe6s, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's license conditions, whichever is greater.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent or close family member of an employee of Sixe6s or its affiliated entities.
5. You must not have previously had an account closed, restricted or suspended by Sixe6s for breach of these Terms.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, Sixe6s reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any balance therein pending investigation and void any wagers or bonus claims placed through such accounts.

To open an account you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current and complete at all times.

KYC Documents Required: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time determined by the Platform's compliance procedures, you will be required to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation. This typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of current residential address (such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (such as a bank statement, mobile wallet screenshot or card image where applicable).
• Source of funds documentation where required by compliance procedures.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Sixe6s will endeavour to process KYC reviews promptly; actual timelines depend on document quality and volume. You are encouraged to complete KYC verification early rather than waiting until your first withdrawal request.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sixe6s grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree that you will use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular:

• You will not access or use the Platform if doing so is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and will not share your account access with any third party.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, scraper, spider or other automated tool to access, monitor or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security, geo-restriction or access control measure implemented on the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• You accept that all gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose real money deposited into your account.

The Platform and all content hereon are provided for entertainment and information purposes. Sixe6s does not guarantee any particular outcome on any wager or game. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the cashier options available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Sixe6s does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific payment method. Supported methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Pakistani users may encounter familiar payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, IBFT via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided for user familiarity only. Sixe6s makes no claim that any of these institutions endorse online gambling or are affiliated with this Platform. Users must independently verify the terms of each payment provider before transacting.

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change.
• Minimum Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing timelines are displayed in the cashier per method. Actual processing may vary depending on KYC status, payment provider processing windows and compliance review requirements.
• Currency: Transactions are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) unless otherwise stated in the cashier for cryptocurrency options.
• Fees: Sixe6s does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are displayed in the cashier.

Sixe6s may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to their individual promotion-specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the funds become available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Withdrawal Order: Real-money funds are generally used for wagers before bonus funds, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus may be held in an account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: Sixe6s reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold related winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or exploitation of promotional loopholes is identified.

All sports bets and casino game wagers placed on Sixe6s are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only upon confirmation by the Platform. Bets placed during system errors, data feed failures or odds calculation errors are subject to cancellation at the operator's discretion.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise selected. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are binding.
• Live / In-Play: In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement. Bets placed during live markets are accepted at the odds available at the time of placement confirmation, not at the time of initiation.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided at the operator's discretion in the event of: event cancellation, abandonment, data error, system failure or where the operator determines that a bet was placed in circumstances inconsistent with fair play.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per day apply and are displayed in the relevant sports or casino section.
• Casino Games: RTP (Return to Player) percentages shown on game cards are illustrative labels provided by game providers. Actual outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes.

Cricket markets on PSL/T20 and ICC tournaments are provided as context based on publicly scheduled fixtures. Sixe6s does not claim any official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or consecutively.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18 or the applicable higher minimum age.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or betting on pre-determined outcomes in contravention of sporting integrity standards.
• Collusion with other users or third parties to exploit bonus offers, game mechanics or system vulnerabilities.
• Using software, algorithms, bots or AI tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud or any financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following a valid transaction.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy or other means to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions where such access is prohibited.

Sixe6s is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help you manage your play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period. Once reached, further play is suspended for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with alert notifications or hard cut-offs.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion for a defined period (minimum 1 month) or permanent account closure via the Responsible Gambling page. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the set period.

You are granted a limited personal licence to access and view Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Sixe6s.

Game content provided by third-party studios integrated into the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. Sixe6s does not claim ownership of such third-party content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sixe6s and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from interrupted service, system failure, data transmission error or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, results data or third-party data feeds.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sixe6s does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Uncompleted wagering requirements on bonus funds will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds upon closure.

Termination by Sixe6s: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms.
• Provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 above.
• Become ineligible to hold an account under Section 3 above.

In cases of fraudulent activity, money laundering or serious Terms violations, Sixe6s reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where required, to report the matter to relevant authorities.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is registered, as specified in the Platform's licensing information.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Sixe6s does not represent that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in Pakistan or that such use is lawful under applicable Pakistani legislation.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Platform's licensing authority. Sixe6s reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via their registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to our support team.
