No. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Sixe6s account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different contact details — is a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, any bonus balances forfeited, and the matter may be investigated further. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve it.

Withdrawals may be held for several reasons: your KYC documents may not yet be fully verified; the withdrawal amount may trigger an additional compliance review; there may be outstanding wagering requirements on a bonus balance attached to your account; or the payment provider may have its own processing window. In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment or incomplete play (for example a Pakistan T20 fixture rained off without enough overs bowled to constitute a result), the treatment of your wager depends on the specific market rules. In most cases, affected markets are voided and stakes are returned to your account balance. Match outcome bets are generally voided if the match is abandoned. In-play bets placed before abandonment are settled based on the state of play at the time the event ended, subject to market-specific rules. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) is the number of times you must wager a bonus amount — or in some cases your deposit plus bonus — before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place a total of PKR 100,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The exact requirement, eligible games, contribution percentages and expiry period are all stated in the specific promotion's terms. Read these before claiming any offer.
